Celebrations Catering provides full-service catering, party planning and event management services for corporate entertaining, galas and fund-raisers, social events, weddings, receptions and business breakfast/luncheons.

Celebrations offers everything required for your event from start to finish, tables, chairs, a large inventory of table linens with over 200 colors and styles available, event staff, specialty lighting and much more.

An experienced event planner custom designs each menu and coordinates both the decor and food presentation for your event. All of our food is prepared from the freshest ingredients delivered from specialty food growers and purveyors around the country. Whether the event is a formal French-service dinner, an authentic Texas-style barbecue, a client luncheon for ten, or a glorious gala of more than 1,000 guests, Celebrations Catering has the imagination and expertise to make the event sensational.

Chip and Tammy Coblentz

Owners of Celebrations Catering

Chip has worked in the foodservice industry for 30 years. Prior to forming Celebrations Catering Chip was a Regional Manager for a national restaurant chain with responsibility for the operation of 14 locations throughout Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Today Chip oversees the daily operations of Celebrations Catering.

Tammy has worked in the foodservice industry for over 25 years. Tammy assists in the coordination of events, organizes and schedules all hospitality staffing, and reviews event orders to assure all details are in order for a successful event.


Darrell McAddley

Sous Chef

Darrell joined Celebrations Catering in September of 2016. Darrell brings over 25 years of catering experience with him and, was a team member at one of the largest catering companies in the Washington, DC market.


Colin Snyder

Executive Chef

Colin joined Celebrations Catering in 2013 as our growth has continued. Prior to joining Celebrations Catering Colin was the Executive Chef of a local country club. Colin graduated with honors from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania Academy of Culinary Arts.


Amber Edmondson

Operations Manager

Celebrations is happy to have Amber Edmondson on our team. Amber joins us with a high volume catering background and many years of foodservice experience. Amber has extensive culinary experience serving as Executive Chef with a large caterer. Ambers knowledge of planning and coordination are a huge asset to Celebrations. Amber is responsible for Celebrations rental operations, delivery schedules, and assures all equipment required for events is available when needed.


Nicole Dempsey

Event Coordinator

Nicole joins us with 7 years of hands on experience. Nicole has extensive knowledge in the demands and needs to properly and successfully execute large volume events. Big or small, showers or weddings, Nicole is detail oriented with every event. Nicole graduated from Johnson & Wales on the dean’s list with her Bachelors’ Degree in Food Service Entrepreneurship.


From our first email correspondence, Chip was nothing but helpful. He got back to us quickly and was always descriptive with his responses. Everyone loved the food at our wedding and the bartenders were great and on point! The whole team did an amazing job from the set up to the clean up.
